Regional Vice President, Mid-Market

About the Role:

Motive is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and success in our Mid-Market segment. As a Regional Vice President, you will lead a team of experienced Account Executives in engaging and closing top prospects, while driving sales performance and achievement.

This is a unique opportunity to be a key driver of success for our AEs and the broader Motive business. You will be responsible for developing and executing plans to meet or exceed ACV targets, tracking progress and success, and implementing account executive training and coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a world-class team of Account Executives in closing large and high-priority prospects.
  • Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed ACV targets.
  • Track progress and success of Account Executives against key KPIs.
  • Implement account executive training and coaching programs.
  • Cultivate a culture of high-performance and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to engage high-priority client prospects.
  • Ensure use of CRM and operational tools, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience directly managing SaaS sales teams.
  • History of exceeding sales targets with Mid-Market and Enterprise-level clients.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others to action.
  • A people-based mindset with a passion for coaching and developing sales talent.
  • Examples of bringing rigor, execution, and accountability to team processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies.
