Customer Unit Key Account Manager for America Movil

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Unit Key Account Manager for America Movil, you will be responsible for securing short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development and management of Ericsson resources based on a fundamental understanding of the customer and its business, operations, and objectives.
You will improve Value Creation and create the tecno-commercial evolution plan for the central team to be cascaded to all Operations.
Key performance indicators include sales and local cost per customer, as well as cost of sales and operating expenditure.
Customer Overview:
America Movil is a leading telecommunications company with presence in +18 countries and 4 Customer Units in Europe and Latin America.
Direct reports to the KAM America Movil include 6 Technical & Commercial roles.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master of Business Administration, Master of Science, or similar degree, with 7-10 years of experience in relationship sales and 7-10 years in the ICT industry, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions.
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are also required.
