Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Games

About the Role
This is a leadership position within the Warner Bros. Discovery Games COE, responsible for leading the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) planning functions. The role will form, grow, and stabilize the FPA Games COE, working with COE and business partner leadership to determine resourcing needs and organization structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with COE leadership to execute transition plans and ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including forecast preparation, submission, and budget preparation.
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting responsibilities, including preparation of actuals versus forecast variance reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization, with a proven ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders for the execution of key initiatives, including global process alignment, continuous improvement, and implementation of planning and reporting best practices.
- Lead the development of team members, including professional and people skills, knowledge of the business, and team engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
- English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes.
- Experience managing large teams, with commercial and media experience being a plus.
