Your Role at Rocket Code:
We are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Pre-Sales Engineer. In this position, you will:
- Serve as a technical advisor to the sales team, providing insights into our software development services and solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions and demonstrations to enhance the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations.
- Prepare and present technical demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends in software development to keep our offerings competitive.
- Contribute to defining product and solution requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for negotiation and persuasion.
- The ability to create and deliver engaging presentations that showcase our products and services.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- A solid understanding of software development and the ability to assess the feasibility of technical solutions.
- Adaptability to work across various industries and projects, understanding diverse client requirements.
- Leadership qualities to guide and coordinate the development team effectively.
Education and Experience:
Candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive technical knowledge in software and product development.
- Experience in pre-sales and sales support, with a focus on understanding customer needs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in a software development agency is a plus.
