About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for partnering with our largest and highest-profile customers to drive their success on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for a small number of assigned accounts, maintaining a deep understanding of their business goals and objectives.
  • Success Planning: Develop and execute customized success plans to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes on the Salesforce platform.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its various features, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, account teams, and internal partners to drive customer success and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience in Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or project leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
  • Knowledge of software development process and design methodologies.
  • Experience leading efforts of cross-functional teams to facilitate resolution or disposition of customer needs or projects.
Preferred Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and features, capabilities, best use, and how to deploy.
