About the Role

The Docusign Customer Success Account Manager is a key member of our Account team, responsible for driving customer adoption and growth within an assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of our customers' needs and the ability to develop effective strategies to unlock their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer success and value strategies to drive growth and adoption
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Negotiate favorable renewal terms and provide insights to improve future outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive account growth and expansion
