Senior Industrial Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Sales Manager to lead our channel strategy and drive sales growth in the industrial sector.
About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive one-year plan for the industrial channel, setting ambitious yet achievable targets and identifying key initiatives to boost sales.
- Design and implement effective strategies for both sell-in (distributor/partner) and sell-out (end-user) channels, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Contribute to performance measurement and compensation model development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Achieve local and regional sales operational goals by providing insights, recommendations, and action plans to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, prepare annual budgets, and analyze variances to meet financial objectives.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and motivating team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Results-oriented individual with a strong focus on delivering sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Bilingual or fluent in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- A competitive salary: $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
