**Salary Information**:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000 - $120,000, depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.

**Job Responsibilities**:

As a Support Engineer at Ericsson, you will be responsible for providing data-driven solutions to customer-reported issues. This involves identifying, isolating, and resolving faults, as well as working towards network stability. You will lead investigations and drive the resolution of customer issues throughout the CS portfolio, actively participating in on-site activities when remote access is insufficient.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong Linux skills, with experience in cloud containers (Docker & Kubernetes) and knowledge of call path & network principles, including 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE protocols. Familiarity with Diameter, MAP, SIP, LDAP, app traces, HTTP v2, and XML is also desirable. Experience with platform technologies like CBA, TSP, BSP, EBS, and basic knowledge of Python and Zookeeper are added advantages.
