About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Practice Manager to join our Amazon Web Services Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. team. As a Customer Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading activities with our largest customers in the Telco and Media sector, helping them develop a long-term AWS strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help shape customers' long-term strategy and innovative solutions, leveraging AWS cloud technologies.
  • Establish executive relationships across technology and business groups, becoming a strategic advisor and expert with deep knowledge of the cross-section of customers' business and available technology solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to C-level executives, showcasing the value of AWS cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with the AWS internal network, including specialist experts across AWS product and specialist resources, to deliver on annual bookings and revenue targets.
  • Support the growth of our Professional Services sales team through shared learning and mechanisms.
