Role Overview

As a dynamic Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our sales team to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Continuously evaluate and refine processes to optimize efficiency and service quality for internal and external customers.* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth and excellence.* Provide actionable feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.* Foster a positive work environment by offering support and guidance to employees facing challenges or difficulties.* Develop and administer performance reviews to help team members improve their skills and competencies.* Manage relationships with nesting agents to ensure seamless integration and effective performance.* Design and implement performance interventions to accelerate learning and growth.* Collaborate with SDRs to align goals and metrics, ensuring consistent achievement of key performance indicators.* Assist the Operations Manager in resolving customer complaints and issues.* Monitor team performance across various KPIs, including NPS, CSAT, FCR, Adherence, Attrition, and more.* Ensure employees adhere to company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, with a strong track record in people and client management.* Proven ability to manage processes and teams effectively.* Excellent adaptability in a dynamic environment where change is constant.* Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making and implementation of effective solutions.* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and handle complex situations with ease.* Flexibility to embrace change and collaborate with colleagues to exceed expectations.

Compensation Package

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location), providing a competitive salary that reflects your value to the organization.
