Technical Support Specialist

As a Senior Analyst Escalations, Customer Care at Western Union, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our agencies in North America and Canada. Your expertise will help resolve complex issues related to hardware, software, and technology deployments.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and integrate new hardware configurations to ensure seamless operations.
- Modify systems and programs based on user and system specifications.
- Assist in bridge and war room sessions to address network-related issues.
- Deploy new technologies and products, participating in the entire process from testing to launch.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or relevant technical certifications.
- At least one year of experience in tech support/customer service, preferably in an operations/IT environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with partners globally.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm.
