Key Responsibilities
  • Manage various administration activities related to the recruitment process, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Update the applicant tracking system as required, maintaining data accuracy at all times
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed
  • Manage customer needs and expectations, working to agreed service levels
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring they are appraised and updated on relevant processes
  • Manage day-to-day queries, escalating where necessary
  • Complete daily and weekly productivity trackers in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Good written and spoken English language skills, plus other languages as required by the client
  • Good communication skills, including telephone manner
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Can-do attitude
