About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Production Support Specialist to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and quality assurance, to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a production support environment.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL, Unix, and Shell Scripting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ITIL Process experience, including Service Management, Knowledge Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
