Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling and cross-selling our solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the legal technology sector, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
