We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced Consulting Services team at Salesloft. As a key member of this high-performing team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for our customers.

About the Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing a solid foundation that drives customers' future success. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop customized onboarding strategies to ensure a seamless transition to our sales engagement platform.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead virtual Salesloft trainings to ensure customers have a thorough understanding of our product features and capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver customized onboarding plans tailored to each customer's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide proactive communication and support to customers throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements
  • 0-1 year professional experience in a customer-facing role in SaaS or technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to speak both Spanish and English fluently (projects primarily delivered in English with occasional requests to deliver training sessions in Spanish).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
What We Offer

At Salesloft, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and a generous PTO policy. We also offer opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
