About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager is a key position within Ikraftsolutions Latam, supporting the recruiting function and contributing to the company's overall success. This role requires a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project management throughout the recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our client's recruiting processes for candidate management, benefits, company policy administration, and other related activities to support the recruiting services provided.
  • Design, develop, and implement a leading-edge full-cycle recruitment process, adopting best practices and using metrics to develop cost-effective recruiting and creative recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least six years of full-time experience in the staffing and recruiting industry and/or Automotive Industry.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on strategic recruitment and talent management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
