Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Cloud Support Engineer to join our Salesforce Premier Support team. As a Data Cloud Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing challenges navigating and implementing Data Cloud.

About the Role: In this role, you will develop and maintain technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, demonstrating exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. You will provide feature explanation and best practices, manage customer expectations, and actively maintain and participate in job-related training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Maintain Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features and functionality, and maintain a deep understanding of the product.
  2. Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Manage Customer Expectations: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and work to meet or exceed those expectations.
  4. Participate in Training and Development: Actively participate in job-related training activities, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  5. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including escalation teams, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese: Ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish or Portuguese.
  2. Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM Applications: Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM applications, and other cloud-based technologies.
  3. Big Data Experience: Experience with big data concepts, data management, and SQL.
  4. Developing Applications with SOAP and REST APIs: Experience with developing applications using SOAP and REST APIs.
  5. Customer Support Experience: Demonstrated skill in customer support or customer service in a customer-facing role.
  6. Salesforce Certifications: Must have Salesforce certifications.
