Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units to discuss goals and objectives.
- Provide HR guidance to line management and analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of US & MX legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective investigations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to promote a diverse slate of candidates and actively participate in interviewing and selection.
- Onboard new hires, promotions, and transfers and work with business units to review job descriptions and create job requisitions.
- Identify training needs for business units and employee development and participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably as a Generalist.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and US/MX employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Bilingual English/Spanish - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
