About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Supervisor to join our team at Samsara. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer support specialists, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and team management. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing customer interactions, resolving issues and concerns, and working closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication and leadership skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer support specialists
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Monitor and manage customer interactions, resolving issues and concerns
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer service and support
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in customer service and support
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or leadership role
  • Strong background in customer service, leadership, and team management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams
