Welcome to Blue Yonder, a leader in supply chain planning solutions. We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Business Analyst to join our team.
About the RoleIn this critical position, you will serve as a business partner to our Customer Success Management (CSM) team, providing expert guidance and insights on customer health, attrition risks, expansion opportunities, SaaS consumption, and adoption. Your analytical skills will be key in developing, leading, and measuring results for CSM-related initiatives, programs, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Services, Operations, Data Analytics, Finance, Renewals, Marketing, and Product, to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer success metrics and trends, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of experience in a business operations capacity, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce application/reporting skills, and overall reporting/analytics skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
- A relevant background in technology, preferably in the SaaS industry, with experience in Gainsight, MS Visio, and PowerBI being a plus.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
