At Blue Yonder, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Operations Lead to join our team.
Job SummaryThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Operations professional to lead the Customer Success team's efforts in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThe Customer Success Operations Lead will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Leveraging data and analytics to develop and implement strategies that improve customer health and retention
- Providing regular updates on customer success metrics and insights to leadership and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Business Operations capacity
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce application/reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality outputs and delivering on time
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
A strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to break down complicated issues and simplify processes are essential for this role.
