Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to agents and correspondents via various communication channels, including email and chat.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by agents to ensure the operability of our Web System.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service related to web support assistance, including creating usernames and passwords for authorized agents, correspondents, and corporate stores.
- System Administration: Assign authorized permissions, perform PC approval and registration, and provide web site training.
- Reporting and Quality Assurance: Report errors in the web page web support and review computer systems to ensure requirements verification.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in an IT background or IT interest is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: High knowledge of the Office Pack and excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
