- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of financial services or commodities such as agriculture, gas and power, chemicals, metals and steel, oil, and shipping is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and a strong attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Integrity, honesty, positive attitude, and a desire to learn independently.
