**Job Summary**

This Inside Sales Representative role will play a key part in our sales team, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. You'll be responsible for making daily sales calls, documenting client details, and scheduling appointments. If you have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**

- Make daily sales calls to connect with potential Uline customers.
- Document client details using Uline's CRM software.
- Ask insightful questions to understand prospects' business needs and goals.
- Learn about potential clients' purchasing process and identify key contacts.
- Schedule appointments for prospects with our Monterrey Sales team.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - **fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- 2+ years inside sales / call center experience.
- Industrial products experience preferred.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, plus benefits including complete insurance coverage, a savings fund with employer match, paid holidays, and generous paid time off.
