Senior Sales Manager

Lead a high-performing sales team to drive business growth and meet sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales performance and efficiency. Foster strong relationships with global sales teams to facilitate collaboration and best practice sharing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and efficiency
  • Fostering relationships with global sales teams to facilitate collaboration and best practice sharing
  • Benchmarking sales performance and practices with global best practice and establishing links with Citi Global/Regional stakeholders to share and leverage best practice
  • Driving accountability, delivery, and execution of sales performance through internal and/or external call centers
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage technology infrastructure to drive improved sales performance
  • Managing Capacity Planning process for Telesales and Retention to ensure the right amount of people are available at the right time to maximize return on campaign investment
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulatory guidelines

Qualifications include:

  • 6-10 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of consumer banking products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Influencing and relationship management skills

Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
