Strategic Sales Operations Manager

Your Role
This strategic role supports the sales function by preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and quotas. You'll conduct statistical analysis on sales data to ensure optimal execution and growth objectives.
You'll develop territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan and maintain online sales systems. Instructing sales teams on accessing information and controlling commission incentive budgets are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience in communication and influence. Advanced Excel skills and database management tools like Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau are advantageous.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Location
This role requires working from Office 2 days a week, with the remaining time spent working from home. Relocation to Mexico City is not covered by Medtronic.
