Human Resources and Communication Specialist

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our employees can effectively navigate their operational processes within the Human Resources domain. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assisting employees with inquiries related to HR operations.
  • Engaging with diverse cultures while enhancing your English language skills.

As a People & Communications Agent, you will be tasked with:

  • Guiding employees through their HR-related transactions and addressing their questions.
  • Ensuring compliance with established processes and controls for each transaction.
  • Analyzing transaction requests and liaising with relevant stakeholders for necessary information or approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transaction requests and resolve inquiries related to HR processes.
  • Provide user support for HR tools via phone or ticket resolution.
  • Streamline processes by coordinating with other HR teams and following up on outstanding requests.
  • Validate documentation before seeking clarification from requestors.
  • Identify appropriate contacts within HR for additional assistance and approval.
  • Communicate clearly the required steps from the HR team.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while educating users on self-service tools.
  • Ensure all requests are logged in a case management system for tracking purposes.
  • Adhere to guidelines to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Maintain reminders and notifications for HR teams, employees, or managers as per instructions.
  • Report any compliance or documentation issues to the Process Specialist.
  • Uphold process compliance and quality checks throughout transaction processing.
  • Provide daily reports on performance metrics and engage in reconciliation as necessary.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and other assigned projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR functions.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, as support is provided to U.S. employees and managers.
  • A strong customer service orientation.
