Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide telephone support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, verbal fluency, and knowledge of telephone support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone support to staff
  • Diagnose failures in printing equipment and computers
  • Work collaboratively as a team player
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management

Requirements

  • 100% English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1-year experience in inbound call centers
  • Full-time availability
  • Availability to work in Reynosa, Mexico

What We Offer

  • Base Salary of $15,500.00 Mx pesos per month
