Job Description

Job Title: Club Membership Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Club Membership Sales Manager is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving membership growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics. This role requires a strong understanding of our club's offerings and the ability to communicate the value proposition to potential members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell club memberships, upgrades, conversions, and membership changes to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Recruit new members through prospecting, sales presentations, and tours
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing members to increase retention and referrals
  • Collaborate with the Director, Membership, to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a membership-based organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
