About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring that their technical needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to defined processes and SLAs to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide expert-level support for IT incidents, including categorization, initial triage, escalation, and resolution.
  • Manage access requests and ensure that all necessary permissions are granted.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by creating and updating knowledge articles.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and act as a buddy for new hires.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a bilingual service desk or tech support role.
  • Advanced English language skills (optional).
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and ability to use them effectively.
