About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Monitoring and Customer Care Technician to join our team at Schneider Electric Norge AS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our energy assets and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all inbound requests from customers, including calls, chats, and emails
  • Qualify, triage, and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor asset performance in our digital platform and assign cases to appropriate owners
  • Provide level 1 and 2 technical qualification of issues and work closely with the team to resolve complex problems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements
  • Technician degree in O&M, preferably in energy assets (PV, gensets, Electrical distribution, BESS)
  • Advanced English level
  • 5-10 years industry experience in Renewable Energy, Utility, Solar & Storage, EAAS, with a focus on Service/O&M and Customer Support
  • Able to work in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, with occasional international travel
  • Flexibility to work under a hybrid scheme with a mix of remote and on-site work
