About the Role

In this opportunity, you will provide technical assistance to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving complex issues related to software, online, and electronic products. You will also be responsible for logging and classifying calls, providing escalation support to junior staff, and using analysis and judgment to select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

About You

You're a fit for the role if you have a background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. You should also have experience using call tracking databases and customer support software, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interpret customer needs and determine solutions.
