Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Asset Monitoring and Customer Care Technician to join our team at Schneider Electric Gruppe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our energy assets and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Asset Monitoring: Monitor and analyze asset performance data to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers and project owners, responding to inquiries and resolving complex issues.
- Field Service Management: Manage and coordinate field service activities, ensuring that assets are properly maintained and repaired.
- Qualification and Triage: Qualify and triage customer requests, assigning cases to appropriate owners and ensuring timely resolution.
- Level 1 and 2 Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Level 1 and 2 issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
- Education: Technician degree in Operations and Maintenance, preferably in energy assets.
- Experience: 5-10 years of industry experience in renewable energy, utility, solar, and storage.
- Skills: Advanced English language skills, customer support and field service management experience, hands-on technical skills, and ability to work in a hybrid scheme with occasional international travel.
