About the Role:

Osram S.A. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the e-commerce channel in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with e-commerce customers to align with brand strategies and drive sales growth.
  • Perform ORI analysis and promotion plan optimization for the e-commerce channel.
  • Drive sales growth through marketing investments, promotional activities, and customer collaborations.
  • Execute customer initiatives from planning to evaluation with excellence.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with e-commerce accounts, especially Amazon, and analyze statistics, sales objectives, needs, data, and key reports for business development.
  • Prospect and evaluate new e-commerce customers and channels for OSRAM brand and portfolio exposure.
  • Develop new projects and businesses to strengthen OSRAM's participation in new market trends in the e-commerce environment.
  • Supervise and monitor sales results in the e-commerce channel in Mexico, manage collection recovery, and maintain cleanliness in the account.
  • Coordinate and manage official e-commerce pages, especially Amazon, their maintenance, and development.
  • Plan sales goals and marketing budget management between OSRAM, Amazon, and e-commerce accounts.
  • Develop, implement, and control pricing and service policy for the online/e-commerce channel.
  • Generate content for the online channel, product images, descriptions, web tags for OSRAM brand positioning.
  • Monthly report of results and KPIs of the e-commerce channel in Mexico.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, within some online platforms, experience of online customer prospecting.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point, SAP, BW, e-commerce vendor marketplace platforms.
  • Negotiation skills on a high level, excellent communication, agility to discuss tenders and deals terms and conditions, and reach a win-win situation.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, teamwork in presence and virtual.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
