This role will be instrumental in strengthening our community by providing a helpful, effortless, and trusted support experience. As a key representative of Lyft, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various digital channels, including social media and messaging platforms.
- Proactively resolving issues and fostering trust with our users, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Triage problems from our community and own issue resolution, escalating to designated teams when necessary.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice.
- Covering occasional after-hours on-call shifts to ensure 24/7 support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Emotional intelligence and experience dealing with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Startup mentality and a tireless work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ownership mindset and a resolve to follow-through on commitments.
This role will be based in our Mexico City office, with a hybrid schedule that includes working from home and in-office days. As a hybrid team member, you will be expected to work in the office 3 days a week and have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
