Job Summary

The Senior Sales Leader - Treasury Products is responsible for providing full leadership and supervisory responsibility to a team of sales professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial banking and treasury products, as well as excellent communication and diplomacy skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct sales support to Treasury Consultants in covered markets, focusing on revenue-generating activities associated with the sale of treasury products and services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Treasury Consultants and Bankers, providing coverage on product sales-related inquiries from Treasury Sales, Bankers, and other internal partners and clients.
  • Join Treasury Consultants on in-person sales calls or conference calls when appropriate, assessing risk and demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
  • Supervise the activity of others, creating accountability and ensuring motivation and development of the team through professional leadership.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of commercial banking or relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
