Objetivo principal :
Gestionar la estrategia de capacitación y entrenamiento de la Fuerza de Ventas Ax, para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos de la organización, asegurando el desarrollo de habilidades y destrezas, para la habilitación de las competencias de las áreas comerciales
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar y ejecutar con los Gerentes de Ventas y de Marketing el cronograma del Plan de Formación anual y otras actividades de Formación Responsable de planificar, coordinar, desarrollar contenidos e implementar cursos para la fuerza de ventas, centrándose en el conocimiento técnico y comercial sobre los productos de la empresa y las habilidades de comportamiento. Proponer planes y actividades, con base en el diagnóstico de necesidades de capacitación, para el desarrollo de la fuerza de ventas; organizar y coordinar, junto con las demás áreas involucradas, las actividades en las Convenciones, Reuniones Estratégicas, Encuentros Regionales y Nuevos Cursos... etc. Monitorear y evaluar indicadores de actividades de capacitación y desempeño de la fuerza de ventas; prospección de proveedores para el desarrollo de las acciones formativas actuales y la puesta en marcha de nuevas; desarrollar la curación de contenidos para aprendizaje electrónico. Responsable de relevar las necesidades de capacitación y desarrollo de los r presentantes comerciales de la BU; y servir de puente con recomendaciones de mejoras y optimizaciones en las herramientas/procesos. Perfil:
Licenciatura Terminada en una carrera a fin.
Inglés Avanzado (A probar)
: Mínimo 3 años cómo Capacitador a Fuerza de Ventas. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Representante Médico Experiencia en Ecommerce es fundamental.
