**Profile**:
- Aspirant must have Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Chemistry, Mechanical, Electric, Engineering), Master degree nice to have.- Highly organized with strategic planning skills and data driven approach.- Team oriented- Proved experience in developing a Commercial Strategy- Ability to build strategic relationships quickly and maintain them across all levels of the organization.- Good communication skills, to provide direct reports with clear job and outputs expectations, as well as with clear accountabilities and authorities that are aligned to the objectives of area.- Capability to focus on the business through our clients- Experience managing CRM such as Sales Force, Dynamics or some similar.- Spanish and English both languages must be fluent.- Availability to travel across Mexico
Your Purpose
Responsible for managing and developing sales of Alfa Laval products and services through the distributor network (Value added Distributor and/ or Wholesalers)- Define the business strategy and plan for Distributor Business, plan and targets- Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get the distributor & channel loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars- Forecast sales and budget and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets to identify problem areas to improve the performance.- Understand the motivation, the buying behaviour and the function of Distributors way to the markets in order to support them to grow the sales.- Identify key factors to grow the sales at each distributor and to motivate them to prioritize Alfa Laval product sales.- Expanding Coverage of the Distributor network by region, product of quality of reseller (Distributor and Wholesaler).- Study Distribution Landscape and readjust if needed.-
- Provides oversight to the collection and reporting of channel management statistics, and ensures efficient processes are in place to be easy to do business with.- Cooperating with supporting function like Inside Sales and P&A.

Type of contract: Local Contract + benefits above to the law
Open to travel frequently. Important to have USA visa.
Non Mexican citizen must have recent working visa.
