Actualmente, estamos en la búsqueda de un Director de Cuentas Clave para liderar una cartera de clientes AAA, aportando su conocimiento y experiencia en el ámbito consultivo digital. Serás el responsable de construir y mantener relaciones de éxito con nuestros clientes, asegurando que cada estrategia y cada entrega cumpla con los más altos estándares de calidad y valor.

Como Director de Cuentas, tu enfoque será el gestionar y expandir las relaciones comerciales, asegurando no solo la satisfacción del cliente, sino también el crecimiento sostenido de las cuentas. Esto incluye la colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios y la implementación de estrategias innovadoras que aporten valor en cada interacción.

Misión del rol

Gestión de relaciones con el cliente:

  • Establecer y fortalecer relaciones de alto nivel con los principales clientes, actuando como el principal asesor estratégico.
  • Comprender en profundidad las necesidades y objetivos de los clientes, así como las dinámicas del mercado.

Estrategia y desarrollo comercial:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes de negocio personalizados que alineen los objetivos de los clientes con las capacidades de Multiplica.
  • Detectar oportunidades de negocio y liderar iniciativas de crecimiento en las cuentas, asegurando un incremento continuo en ingresos y rentabilidad.

Liderazgo de equipo:

  • Liderar de manera inspiradora a equipos multidisciplinarios, asegurando la colaboración efectiva y la alineación estratégica en proyectos.
  • Facilitar la capacitación y el desarrollo de habilidades dentro del equipo para fomentar una cultura de excelencia.

Gestión financiera:

  • Controlar presupuestos de cuentas clave, optimizando recursos y garantizando un retorno de inversión positivo.
  • Presentar análisis de rendimiento e informes a clientes y al equipo directivo.

Resolución de problemas:

  • Identificar y abordar de manera proactiva las preocupaciones de los clientes, ofreciendo soluciones efectivas y creativas.
  • Medir y gestionar riesgos relacionados con la ejecución de proyectos y relaciones comerciales.

Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 7 años en gestión de cuentas clave o posiciones similares.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en estrategia digital, gestión de proyectos y marketing.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo demostrada y experiencia en la gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Pensamiento analítico y estratégico con una fuerte orientación a resultados.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en gestión financiera y análisis de rendimiento.
  • Dominio de software CRM y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y en constante evolución.
  • Inglés avanzado (deseable).
