Propósito del puesto
Brindar asesoría en materia laboral en la Divisional asignada, coadyuvando con RH y negocio a propiciar un clima laboral sano tanto en Retail como en segmentos, por medio de capacitaciones, atención de consultas, reuniones 1 a 1 y grupales con las distintas áreas del negocio, visitas a sucursal, participaciones en consejos de Dirección y Subdirección, etc. Controlar y disminuir los casos PCC mediante la oportuna atención, seguimiento, sanción y prevención de los diversos escenarios de desapegos en que incurren los empleados; de igual forma gestión y resolución de los casos Confidential, HR y cualquier caso asignado por las áreas de investigación, echando mano de diversas áreas de apoyo, como IT, Seguridad, RH, etc.
Principales Responsabilidades
·Asesoría laboral. ·Atención de bajas involuntarias. ·Investigación y resolución de casos Confidential y HR. ·Implementación de climas laborales, entrevistas. ·Atención y conclusión de reportes de investigación recibidos de FCTM, BSS&OS, SQ, MS, AEO, BRCM, Seguridad, o cualquier otra fuente. ·Aplicación de sanciones por casos PCC ·Disminución de casos PCC mediante la oportuna atención de los casos asignados, y prevención por medio de visitas y capacitaciones ·Atención de oficios de pensiones alimenticias, en las que el involucrado sea empleado de Hsbc o filiales. ·Captura de casos investigados, para control, reportes y estadísticas. ·Captura de las desvinculaciones atendidas, con el mismo fin. ·Mantener una constante comunicación con el equipo de RL, HR y los equipos de investigaciones para establecer criterios de sanción. ·Capturar en tiempo y forma la información generada para su disponibilidad. ·Posicionarse como área de apoyo para negocio con asesoría correcta, imparcial y en tiempo. ·Capacidad de análisis para resolución de casos asignados. ·Adaptación a los cambios del Grupo en cuanto a criterios de atención de casos. ·Se tiene interacción constante con niveles directivos, alta incidencia de trabajo bajo presión. Demostrar un grado confiable de ética, debido al acceso que se tiene a información confidencial. ·Requiere organización y metodología para la gestión de la información generada y poder cumplir con los entregables. RequirementsConocimiento, experiencia y competencias
