Principales Funciones y
Responsabilidades:


  • Administración completa de los recursos humanos de las plantas y RDC.
  • Responsable de la contratación, desarrollo y retención del talento humano.
  • Responsable de todos los procesos de Recursos Humanos para tener una operación con gente motivada,
comprometida y dando resultados.

  • Es responsable de las relaciones con las autoridades Locales, Estatales y Federales relacionadas con aspectos
de Recursos Humanos.

  • Cumplir con los compromisos establecidos en el CCT.
  • Responsable de las relaciones con el Sindicato y los Sindicatos relacionados con la empresa.
  • Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento y mejoramiento de los indicadores y estrategias de EHS.
  • Responsable de las relaciones públicas con diversas empresas e Instituciones en general.
  • Responsable de la Seguridad y Vigilancia de los asociados en la empresa, así como de las instalaciones y
propiedad en general.

  • Responsable de las relaciones laborales positivas entre todos los asociados.
  • Responsable de cumplir con los estándares de sistemas de calidad establecidos por la empresa tales como
Sistema de Calidad, Gestión Ambiental y Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, basados en las normas ISO 9001,
