Position Overview:

An HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning the workforce strategy with the overarching business objectives. This position collaborates closely with senior management, leveraging specialized expertise to develop policies and initiatives that support the organization's mission.

Team Leadership:

Supervises a team of HR professionals, ranging from entry-level to intermediate roles, establishing daily goals and performance metrics. Responsible for the administration of human resources programs to ensure optimal functioning of the designated business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and sets strategic goals for team members to effectively manage human resources initiatives.
  • Interprets and communicates HR policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and understanding among employees and business partners.
  • Monitors and manages personnel budgets, identifying discrepancies with overall HR financial plans.
  • Enhances employee engagement initiatives, focusing on improving retention rates.
  • Oversees staffing functions, including conflict resolution, employee terminations, and the enforcement of disciplinary actions to maintain fair and effective human resource management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English for business communication.
  • Experience in global manufacturing settings.
  • Management experience with a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees.
