Acerca de ti:

  • Licenciatura terminada o trunca
  • Tienes 13 años de experiência en un área enfocada en atención a usuarios
  • Experiência previa con plataformas de atención a clientes como Zendesk, Intercom, Kustomer, etc
  • Eres una persona colaborativa, práctica y con un deseo de dar la mejor experiência a una base de usuarios que le gusta la tecnología
  • Tienes habilidades excepcionales en comunicación escrita, resolución de problemas, pensamiento crítico y te gusta la tecnología y la innovación; además, eres una persona colaborativa
  • Tu ortografía es excelente
  • Te sientes cómodo utilizando herramientas de office
  • Tienes un buen entendimiento del inglés (70%)
  • Disponibilidad de tiempo completo

Responsabilidades:

  • Colaborar de manera efectiva con toda la vertical de Customer Experience
  • Atención a Cliente: Manejo de herramientas de alta tecnología para la resolución de problemas de usuarios de Nelo. Nuestra base de usuarios se compone de personas con acceso a productos de crédito innovadores
  • Escalamiento de Problemas: Colaborar con el equipo de Operaciones, Producto e Ingeniería para el escalamiento y seguimiento de problemas de nuestros usuarios
  • Comunicar optimización de procesos a través de tu experiência y pensamiento crítico para la mejora del área
  • Eficiencia en resolución de casos con la mejor calidad de servicio

Ubicación y Horarios:
La posición está basada en Ciudad de México.

Turnos posibles:
Lunes a viernes 8:00 - 7pm; Sábados y Domingos de 8am -5pm.
La jornada está acotada dependiendo de la hora de entrada
Descanso entre semana
Se requiere asistir a la oficina 4 días a la semana.

$18,000.00 al mes
