Estamos en busca de un Supervisor de Operaciones para el departamento Marítimo en nuestra oficina en Ciudad de México Your Role Supervisar el seguimiento del servicio al cliente a cada una de las ordenes, asi como dar atención en tiempo y forma a las solicitudes de los clientes garantizando que todas las actividades se realicen bajo los lineamientos establecidos. Your Responsibilities
  • 1. Revisar y administrar el FSL de los embarques para asegurar un correcto seguimiento a la administración / KPIs financieros:
    2. Notificar al equipo de TLM/Pricing en caso de discrepancias sobre las tarifas de compra vs tarifas de venta
    3. Validar que los chek list de implementaciones sean llenados correctamente para los negocios que esten a su cargo
    4. Dar solución de problemas de clientes en conjunto con gerente de servicio a clientes
    5. Establecer instrucciones de emisión de facturas y notas de crédito
    6. Dar soporte para la solución de problemas referentes a liberación de contenedores y despacho aduanal realizados por la compañía.
    7. Asegurar que el proceso facturación se este llevando a cabo de acuerdo a los KPIs financieros y/o reglas de negocio establecidas a nivel cliente.
    8. Mantener actualizadas las tarifas de compra y venta por cliente

Your Skills and Experiences

Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, o a fin

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la Industria Forwarding

Experiencia llevando equipos de trabajo

Dominio del producto marítimo

Manejo de Office 365

Inglés Avanzado
