**Job Overview**
We are looking for a Technology Solutions Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to users, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of technology solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding user requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to meet business needs, while ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.

The new team member in the Technology Solutions department will play a critical role in enhancing our capabilities across analytics, automation, testing, and cross-departmental support. This position is essential for effectively managing our growing workload and ensuring sustained operational efficiency while playing a key role in supporting large-scale projects, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Support
- Support different departments in large-scale projects by helping them understand and implement technical solutions, providing ongoing technical assistance, and proactively developing new solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on the effective use of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate on high-volume projects, by managing system integrations and optimizing technical workflows to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Testing
- Conduct preemptive testing following updates or changes, identifying and resolving potential issues before and after implementation of solutions.
- Assist in testing and validation during system updates and transitions, ensuring smooth integration with mínimal disruption.
- Evaluate existing tooling processes and identify areas for improvement.
Analytics
- Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Enhance data-driven decisions by providing timely and accurate analytics support.
- Evaluate existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Automation
- Work closely with end-users to understand their automation needs.
- Monitor and assess the performance of automated processes.
- Maintain documentation for created programs and automation processes.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in designing, creating and implementing business reports.
- Project management abilities to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in at least one of programming language (JavaScript, Python, PHP, C#)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience in designing and optimizing queries to retrieve and transform data.
- Exceptional and proven adaptability to quickly learn new tools and programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address data challenges and optimize report performance.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
