**Objetivo del puesto**:
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de prospección y ventas outbound para captar nuevos clientes y expandir la base de clientes de la empresa.

El Sales Development Representative (Outbound) se enfocará en generar oportunidades de negocio y cumplir con los objetivos de ventas establecidos mediante llamadas, correos electrónicos, y otros canales de comunicación directa.

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Prospección de Clientes**:

- Encontrar empresas que puedan ser potencial clientes con base en el objetivo definido por la empresa
- Ejecutar estrategias de prospección activa, incluyendo llamadas en frío, correos electrónicos personalizados y mensajes en redes profesionales
- **Avanzar prospecto en Ciclo de Ventas**:

- Conducir al prospecto através del proceso comercial, hasta entregar la cuenta al Coordinador Comercial
- Realizar presentaciones de ventas personalizadas y demostrar el valor de los productos o servicios de la empresa
- **Seguimiento y Desarrollo de Clientes Potenciales**:

- Hacer seguimiento constante on clientes potenciales y nutrir relaciones a largo plazo
- Actualizar la información en el CRM de manera constante y precisa
- **Cumplimiento de Objetivos**:

- Alcanzar o superar las metas de ventas y KPIs establecidos por el área de ventas
- Participar en reuniones de revisión de rendimiento y retroalimentación continua con el CRO

**Requerimientos**:

- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Comercio, o áreas afines
- +3 años preferentemente en **ventas outbound**, desarrollo comercial o áreas comerciales
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas **CRM**(Salesforce, Hubspot u otros)
- Conocimiento de técnicas de **prospección y negociación**:

- Habilidad para trabajar con **KPIs y cumplir metas**:

- Deseable experiência con Account Based Marketing (ABM)
- Excelentes **habilidades de comunicación** verbal y escrita
- Orientación al cliente y habilidades para construir vínculos comerciales rápidos
- Capacidad para **manejar objeciones**y persistencia en la negociación

**Beneficios**

**Horario**: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm. Sábado 1 vez al mes de 10:00 am a 1:00 pm

**Modalidad**: Tiempo Completo, Presencial, 100% nominal
