The Sales Director plans and develops business and sales strategies for IC LAN region to ensure profitable growth, plant use, cash generation and product renewal goals of PPG LAN. You will report to the VP AC Americas and be hybrid and based in Mexico City. #LI-Onsite

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all responsibilities in compliance with PPG Blueprint goals, P& L process, and goals for Safety, Quality, Business Conduct, Code of Ethics, Responsible Care, EEO and Financial Performance.
- Develop sales strategies that contribute to the profitability, use and product goals of IC LAN
- Contribute to the business by coordinating special programs, studies related to product, market development and competitor capabilities.
- Provide industry competitor information expertise to the Industrial Coatings Team to support strategic planning and the development of new business opportunities.
- Manage strategic activities, as they develop, which provide strategic advantage to the business regarding growth and profits.
- Build appropriate customer relationships with to enhance PPG image and customer‘s desire for commerce with PPG.
- Develop the internal network (technical, product management, sales & marketing) to maximize the new business opportunities.
- Direct the coordination of multiple technical programs to enhance the business position in the marketplace.
- Manage all business variables to ensure Working Capital Optimization and increased cash generation for PPG LAN Region.

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in managerial responsibilities mentioned above
- English at advanced level
- Skills in marketing, sales, complexity management, technical, finance and administration
- Knowledge of the LAN Industrial market.
- Travel may be required
- Knowledge and proficiency with software to include Microsoft, Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, Word and other special tools.
