PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO
Coordinar y ejecutar la gestión de ventas y rentabilidad anual de la cartera asignada de clientes de acuerdo con las estrategias global y regional definidas por casa matriz para lograr el crecimiento y sostenibilidad del negocio en el tiempo a través de la consecución de nuevas oportunidades con clients.
FUNCIONES- Apoyar en la elaboración del plan anual de ventas de su cartera de clientes.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas de ventas y rentabilidad de su cartera de clientes.- Cumplir con los indicadores esperados de Sales Excellence provenientes del CRM (visitas, Account Plans, planeación, oportunidades, etc.).- Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para asegurar el crecimiento en ventas en clientes existentes y nuevos registrándolas en el CRM.- Actualizar las proyecciones de ventas mensuales con el fin de dar información a otras áreas sobre los resultados pronosticados (FCST).- Trabajar con los equipos de apoyo (Producto, Operaciones, Marketing, Técnico, Soporte de Ventas y Finanzas para asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas comerciales.- Reportar la gestión, resultados y análisis a la Gerencia de Ventas para asegurar que los planes y acciones lleven al cumplimiento de las metas definidas.- Cumplir con la política corporativa de seguridad en todo momento.- Gestionar en forma integral cuentas MNC, contactando a las áreas funcionales y unidades de negocio a nível global, según necesidad para asegurar el éxito.
**Requisitos**:
- Formación Académica Básica: Grado profesional en Ingeniería Química, Química o similar- Formación Académica Complementaria deseable: Deseable MBA o post grado en ventas- Años de Experiência General: 5 años en ventas- Años de Experiência en el Cargo: 3 años en manejo de cuentas claves- Conocimientos Técnicos: Ventas, Marketing, Finanzas básico- Conocimientos Software: Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) / CRM
