**Job functions**:
Como Sales Manager tendrás la oportunidad de colaborar con equipos multiculturales, crear nuevas conexiones y aprendizajes, Crecer personal y profesionalmente. Además de Cumplir con diferentes tareas como:
Establecer metas de rendimiento, proporcionar orientación y retroalimentación.
- Crear planes de ventas, establecer cuotas de ventas y pronosticar tendencias de ventas.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Eres profesional en ingeniería de sistemas o afines
- Tu nível de inglés es B2 o C1
- Tienes 5 años como sales mánager
- Tienes experiência en venta consultiva de servicios de tecnología tales como: Innovación, transformación digital, fábricas de software, fábricas de QA, consultoría de TI, servicios gestionados (Soporte, BPO, etc.), soluciones de negocio (productos financieros, ej. Flexcube, Temenos, etc.), IA. etc.
- Tienes conocimientos y experiência en procesos de venta alrededor de tecnologías y metodologías tales como: DevOps, Cloud, analítica, ingeniería de software, agilísimo, arquitectura tecnológica, gestión de proyectos, etc.
- Experiência en empresas líderes en servicios de consultoría y servicios de tecnología, con experiência en atención de clientes corporativos pertenecientes al segmento gran empresa en el sector financiero
- Tienes la capacidad para definir y ejecutar estrategias para desarrollo de nuevos negocios con clientes estratégicos.
- Conocimiento y experiência en sector financiero: bancos, aseguradoras, mercado bursátil, etc.
- Tienes conocimiento en el manejo de alianzas y tecnologías o productos tales como: AWS, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.

**Desirable skills**:

- Has participado en la ejecución de proyectos de tecnología.
