**Business Development Executive**
**Descripción del Puesto**:
El Business Development Executive en Mercado Cruceros será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento y expansión de la empresa en el sector de cruceros. Este rol estratégico implica identificar oportunidades de negocio, desarrollar relaciones clave con clientes y socios, y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas y marketing para cumplir los objetivos comerciales.
**Responsabilidades**:
1. Identificación de Oportunidades: Analizar el mercado y las tendencias del sector para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y áreas de crecimiento potencial en el ámbito de los cruceros.
2. Desarrollo de Relaciones: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes, agencias de viajes, operadores de cruceros y otros socios estratégicos para fomentar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y expandir la red de contactos de la empresa.
3. Estrategia Comercial: Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de desarrollo de negocios que alineen con los objetivos generales de la empresa y que impulsen el crecimiento y la rentabilidad.
4. Negociación y Cierre de Contratos: Negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales con clientes y socios, asegurando que los términos sean beneficiosos para ambas partes y que se cumplan los objetivos de la empresa.
5. Análisis de Mercado: Realizar análisis de mercado para evaluar la competencia, entender las necesidades de los clientes y adaptar las estrategias comerciales para mantener una ventaja competitiva.
6. Colaboración Interna: Trabajar en colaboración con los equipos de ventas, marketing y operaciones para coordinar esfuerzos y asegurar que las estrategias de desarrollo de negocio se integren eficazmente con las operaciones de la empresa.
7. Reporte y Seguimiento: Preparar informes periódicos sobre el progreso de las iniciativas de desarrollo de negocio, incluyendo análisis de resultados y recomendaciones para ajustes estratégicos.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência: De al menos 1 año de experiência en desarrollo de negocios, ventas o roles relacionados en la industria de viajes, turismo o cruceros.
- Habilidades: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, capacidad para construir relaciones duraderas y habilidades analíticas para evaluar oportunidades de negocio.
- Educación: Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Turismo o un campo relacionado.
- Idiomas: Dominio del español y conocimiento de inglés,
- Viajes: Disponibilidad para viajar, tanto nacional como internacionalmente, según sea necesario.
**Competencias Deseadas**:
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado de cruceros y tendencias actuales.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
